Christie & Crittie were one of the many couples who found themselves rethinking their wedding plans when the pandemic hit in 2020. Instead of cancelling all together they decided to host a micro wedding at Misselwood in the fall of 2002, pushing off the party at the Beauport Hotel until the following September.

While their path to the wedding day might have taken a few turns they did not expect, each event was uniquely special and meaningful to Christie and Crittie. When it was time for the big party last fall, they were ready to get the party started! And we were thrilled to capture each epic moment!

The Beauport Hotel & Marblehead Wedding Photos

On a gorgeous August afternoon, Megan got ready for her wedding surrounded by family & friends in a light filled suite at the Beauport Hotel . Overlooking the Pavilion Beach and Gloucester Harbor, the sounds of summer filled the room as a cool breeze and bright sun drifted in through their balcony. In adjourning suite, Luke got ready with his two sons as the sounds of giggles and laughter seeped through their door.

After an emotional First Look at the Beauport Hotel, the couple and their loved ones made their way over to Marblehead and Fort Sewall for the intimate ceremony. Overlooking Marblehead Harbor, Meg & Luke recited personal and heartfelt vows. Officiated by a friend, it was a personal and meaningful moment for the couple and everyone who was present felt that magnitude of that moment together.

Megan & Luke’s wedding day was one of simplicity - focused on the sweet moments shared together. Family was at the center and they made sure that Luke’s sons played an important role throughout the day. Each minute was savored, enjoyed and celebrated. It was an absolute joy and honor to help them document and savor the day through these images.
